PrimePay has been contracted by your employer to handle its payroll processing needs. Our contract or agreement is with your employer and we are unfortunately not authorized to speak directly with our clients' employees regarding any issues related to their W-2s, pay statements, etc. If you have any questions regarding your W-2, recent or past pay statements, address changes, etc., please contact your employer directly so they can assist you.
