Important PrimeFlex Debit Card Information
Effective July 1, 2009

On July 1, 2009, final IRS regulations regarding the use of the FSA/HRA debit cards took effect.

Please distribute this notice so each participant understands the final rules and how they will affect them when trying to make a purchase. The primary area of concern involves participants who continue to use their debit card at local pharmacies. These purchases may be denied unless the retail merchant has implemented the new Inventory Information Approval System (IIAS).
