NEW Contact Numbers for PrimeFlex

We are pleased to introduce some important enhancements to our PrimeFlex service including Online Claims Submission and Online Enrollment. These changes are designed to improve the online experience for both you and your employees. 

We also have new PrimeFlex phone and fax numbers for you to use. 

An email communication has been sent to your participants (for those that we have a valid email address for) with the new contact numbers and the online claims submission process.  Click here to view a copy of the document that was emailed to your employees.  Please distribute this communication to participants that may not have received it through email.
