What is My Browser Encryption Level?

To check the level of encrytion in Microsoft Internet Explorer please follow these steps:

1. In the menu select Help -> About Internet Explorer.
2. A popup browser window like this will open.
3. Notice the line which reads "Cipher Strength: 128-bit". That is your browser's encryption level, which is set when the browser software was installed.
