Online Access for Clients & CPAs
The Online Access section of this website is for PrimePay clients and CPAs only.
In the Software Downloads section, a PrimePay client can download software for PrimeLink and PrimeXpress. PrimeLink is our unique payroll processing software that you can use on your own PC. Input your payroll information, make employee changes and print all your reports, before transmitting your final payroll to the PrimePay production system. PrimeXpress gives you the ability to email PrimePay your payroll information using an electronic timesheet.
In the Client Login section, PrimePay clients can access Online Document Center and Online Pay Statements - services that provide secure access via the web to your payroll reports, payroll tax returns and your employees' pay statements. Clients can also access our web-based payroll processing system… PrimeLink+ Web. This online payroll service gives clients the flexibility of submitting their payroll data to PrimePay whenever it is most convenient for them. Also within Client Login, PrimePay clients can access a number of our Internet-enabled services for PrimeFlex, PrimeHRCOBRA, PrimeHRLibrary and PrimeScreen.
In the CPA Login section, CPAs can access Online Document Center and review their clients' payroll reports and payroll tax returns 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In the Employee Login section, employees who are paid through PrimePay can securely access their current and past pay statements via the web - anytime, anyplace. Employees will receive an email notification when their online pay statement is available for viewing.
PrimeFlex Online is a portal for clients that use PrimePay for their Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts or Health Reimbursement Arrangements. Both employers and employees can use PrimeFlex Online to access a variety of information regarding their accounts.
